TICKETING BUILT AROUND NEW MEXICO EVENTS
Create a polished event page, sell tickets, get discovered, track every order, give your door team secure check-in access, and get paid through your connected Stripe account.
Hola New Mexico is built for the actual event lifecycle—not just collecting a payment. Set up the listing, control ticket inventory, watch orders come in, and run check-in from the same Seller account.
Add the event name, photos, description, category, venue or meeting point, dates, times, and capacity.
Offer the structure your event needs without turning setup into a spreadsheet.
Orders feed your sales and attendee views. Guests get QR tickets, and trusted door staff can check them in from private links without getting your Seller account.
Your public listing combines the photo, date, venue, Seller identity, event details, ticket options, sharing, and checkout in one experience. Buyers can discover the event on Hola New Mexico and move directly into purchasing.

Published events become part of Hola New Mexico’s discovery experience. They can surface through search, city and category browsing, This Weekend, relevant event rails, and featured placements when selected. We do not promise attendance—but your listing gets another way to be found beyond the link you already share.
Secure payments are processed through Stripe using the methods eligible for each checkout. You connect the payout account during Seller setup. Hola New Mexico tracks each order, the Hola New Mexico service fee, refunds, and your estimated Seller proceeds.
There is currently no monthly Seller subscription. Free tickets carry no Hola New Mexico service fee.
See collected revenue, estimated Seller payout, tickets sold, Hola New Mexico fees, refunded amounts, event performance, and the real ticket rows behind each purchase. Drill from My Sales into the orders for a specific event when you need operational detail.

Invite door staff with a private link for one event start or all event times. They can scan tickets or search the guest list without getting access to sales, refunds, or your Seller account.

Hola New Mexico members can share public events with tracked referral links. When an eligible referred buyer purchases, Hola New Mexico tracks the attribution and commission. The commission comes from Hola New Mexico’s service fee—not an extra charge added to your ticket price.
This is an additional discovery loop, not a guarantee of ticket sales.

From a 40-person workshop to a festival with thousands of guests, the same core flow can handle free registration, paid tickets, multiple tiers, capacities, and door check-in.
Create a Seller account—or add Seller access to the account you already use—then verify your identity and payout details with Stripe before publishing any event, including free events.

Add the listing, ticket types, quantities, prices, sale dates, photos, and schedule.
Your public event page becomes available for discovery, sharing, and checkout.
Follow sales, guests, refunds, inventory, and event-day check-in from Seller Studio.
The current service fee is loaded from Hola New Mexico’s live pricing settings. The active pricing version also controls whether the Buyer pays it at checkout or the Seller absorbs it. There is no monthly Seller subscription, and free tickets have no Hola New Mexico service fee.
Seller setup connects your payout account to Stripe. Buyers pay Hola New Mexico at checkout. Hola New Mexico keeps separately stated New Mexico GRT outside Seller proceeds, records the Hola New Mexico service fee and refunds, and transfers the Seller entitlement to the connected Stripe account after settlement eligibility. Payout timing is subject to the Seller financial terms, refunds, disputes, and Stripe account status.
Yes. Current event setup supports free and paid tickets, multiple ticket types such as General Admission, VIP, and Early Bird, ticket quantities, pricing, sale start/end dates, overall capacity, and per-order limits.
Yes. Seller sales tools support full-order and selected-ticket refunds through the real payment flow. The refund preview shows what the Buyer receives and any processor-cost responsibility before submission. Refunded ticket credentials are voided, and related Partner/Referral commissions are reconciled.
Yes. From Check-In, create a private door-staff link for one event start or all event times. Staff can scan tickets and find guests by name without receiving sales, refund, or full Seller access. Manual guest-list check-in asks for the guest’s backup PIN.
Hola New Mexico’s Refer & Earn members can share public events with tracked links. Eligible referred purchases can generate commissions from Hola New Mexico’s service fee under the referral rules. Sellers are not charged an extra referral markup.
You can create your Seller account and save event drafts right away. Before publishing any event, including free events, complete identity and payout verification through Stripe. Eligible Buyer payments use Hola New Mexico’s Stripe checkout, and Seller proceeds release after settlement eligibility.
Publish the page, take secure ticket payments, keep an eye on sales, give your team check-in access, and keep everything connected through the same Seller account.
The persistent Start selling action takes you to your next setup step.Hola New Mexico members can share public events, tours, activities, classes, shows, and experiences with a tracked link. When an eligible purchase is attributed to you, you earn a portion of Hola New Mexico’s service fee. The buyer does not pay more because you referred them.
If you are already the person sending friends concerts, festivals, ATV rides, tours, classes, yoga, family activities, or weekend ideas, Refer & Earn gives those recommendations a trackable path.
Share concerts, festivals, shows, nightlife, and community events you already talk about.
Recommend tours, outdoor activities, attractions, rides, and experiences around the state.
Send a direct event link to the people who actually ask you what is happening this weekend.
Use your tracked link when you share an eligible recommendation with the disclosure required by the program terms.
Refer & Earn uses the same live pricing configuration that powers checkout. You receive a percentage of Hola New Mexico’s eligible service-fee revenue on an eligible referred purchase. The referral program does not add another fee to the buyer’s ticket price.
Once you are active, Hola New Mexico gives you a general referral link and also attaches your referral code to eligible event links you share. Your dashboard tracks attributed purchases and commission status without exposing the buyer’s private ticket credentials.

You use the same Hola New Mexico account for tickets, Seller tools, and Refer & Earn. Accept the referral terms once, then complete Stripe payout setup when you are ready to receive eligible earnings.
Create an account or use the one you already have. Your tickets, favorites, Seller tools, and referral activity stay connected to one identity.
Confirm eligibility, review the current Referral Program Terms, and understand the disclosure and refund rules.
Complete secure Stripe payout onboarding. Stripe handles identity and bank verification.
Share eligible Hola New Mexico listings. Attributed commission becomes payable after the event and applicable refund-risk requirements clear.
Referral earnings are real financial transactions, so the program is intentionally clear about attribution, refunds, disclosures, and payout eligibility.
No. Your referral commission comes from Hola New Mexico’s service fee. The referral itself does not add another markup to the buyer’s purchase.
You can share eligible public listings. Self-referrals do not qualify, and a Seller cannot earn referral commission on that Seller’s own listing.
Refunded purchases do not earn referral commission. If a commission was already paid and the underlying purchase later requires a reversal under the active policy, the referral ledger is reconciled accordingly.
Eligible commission is scheduled for release after the event ends and the configured settlement delay/refund-risk requirements are satisfied. Your dashboard shows the expected Hola New Mexico release date and current payout status.
Yes, before you can receive referral payouts. Hola New Mexico uses Stripe for secure identity and payout onboarding rather than collecting bank information directly.
