ORGANIZER FAQ
The questions that matter before you trust us with a ticket sale.
How much does Hola New Mexico cost?
The current service fee is loaded from Hola’s live pricing settings. The active pricing version also controls whether the Buyer pays it at checkout or the Organizer absorbs it. There is no monthly Organizer subscription, and free registrations have no Hola service fee.
How do I get paid?
Organizer setup connects your account to Stripe. Stripe processes card payments, while Hola records the order, platform fee, and estimated Organizer earnings. Payout timing and eligibility are controlled by the connected Stripe account; Hola does not promise instant payouts.
Can I create free events and different ticket types?
Yes. Current event setup supports free and paid tickets, multiple ticket types such as General Admission, VIP, and Early Bird, ticket quantities, pricing, sale start/end dates, overall capacity, and per-order limits.
Can I refund a buyer?
Yes. Current Organizer sales tools support full order refunds through the real payment flow. Refunded tickets are voided and referral effects are reconciled. Partial refunds are not advertised here because that is not the current Organizer workflow.
Can my staff scan tickets without my Organizer login?
Yes. From Check-In, create a private door-staff link for one event start or all event times. Staff can scan tickets and find guests by name without receiving sales, refund, or full Organizer access. Manual guest-list check-in asks for the guest’s backup PIN.
Can people help promote my event?
Hola’s Refer & Earn members can share public events with tracked links. Eligible referred purchases can generate commissions from Hola’s platform fee under the referral rules. Organizers are not charged an extra referral markup.
How quickly can I publish?
Once your Organizer account is created and Stripe reports that card payments and payouts are enabled, you can build and publish an event through the guided Create Event flow. Stripe verification time depends on the information required for your account.
